导航On March 13, 2026, the kick-off meeting for the Chinese national training team for the Welding event of the 48th WorldSkills Competition was held at the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction Co., Ltd., MCC in Beijing, marking the official sprint phase of China's preparation for the WorldSkills Shanghai 2026. Ten national team competitors from Sichuan, Chongqing, Henan, Shanghai and other regions gathered together with expert coaches, representatives from training bases, and authorities from relevant supervisory departments to discuss training strategies.
直面规则变化挑战，强化心理素质训练
中国工程建设焊接协会副会长、第48届世界技能大赛焊接项目中国技术指导专家组组长刘景凤介绍了焊接项目集训框架方案，并对集训工作作了周密安排。她指出，本届赛事面临难度升级、规则调整、设备材料更新等多重挑战，且集训选手普遍缺乏国际大赛实战经验。为此，本届集训将紧扣赛事变化，以实战化模拟训练为核心，聚焦技术短板，全面提升选手竞技水平与临场应变能力。
优势互补，六基地全方位联动
本届集训由中冶建筑研究总院有限公司牵头，联合首钢技师学院、江南造船集团职业技术学校、威海市文登技师学院、甘肃冶金技师学院及中国十九冶集团有限公司五家单位共同承担。各基地均为第46、47届世赛集训基地，将充分传承往届经验，形成资源共享、优势互补的备战格局和全方位保障体系。
精英集结，传承工匠精神
本次10名选手虽然均是第一次入围中国集训队，但在选拔中展现了扎实的基本功和良好的职业素养。选手代表吴宗山表示：“我们将发扬特别能吃苦、特别能战斗的精神，在毫厘之间见匠心，力争为祖国赢得荣誉”。
专家教练团队由中国工程建设焊接协会副会长兼秘书长刘景凤担任专家组长，参加集训的教练汇集了中华技能大奖获得者周树春、第45届世赛金牌获得者赵脯菠等往届技术指导专家组成员以及来自各技工院校的指导老师。郑州技师学院教师魏龙杰代表专家教练表态，他们将针对技术短板进行专项攻关，并加强选手的心理素质训练和国际交流能力，确保选手在技术、心理、体能上全面提升，力争在国际赛场不负重托、为国争光。
中国五矿、中国中冶、工程焊协以及四川省人社厅、鉴定中心等集训基地主管部门高度重视此次备赛工作，在资金、设备、材料及后勤服务上提供全面保障，营造一流的备战环境。会上，多位领导及嘉宾强调，世界技能大赛不仅是技艺切磋的竞技场，更是展示国家制造实力、弘扬工匠精神的重要窗口。
